Don't know how any of you passed this deal up.

Also gotta say how great Nutra & USP are for swapping the Super Sap for Bulk P-Slin for me when I requested with my order. I love Super Saps but I have a few bottles already that I'm going to run along side this stack.

My only regret is not ordering 10 of these.

I'm using AP right now, doing a slow steady cut. How would I implement P-Slin?

I'm thinking of using it in the summer for pumps while I maintain, and sticking with AP now for the cut/recomp.

If it were me I would save the P-Slin for a bulk, but then again I can't even take more than 1 AP in the morning on a cut or my blood sugar will get too low. I guess it depends on you specifically and what kind of a carb count you'll be maintaining. If you have enough carbs in your diet you could use it pre-workout, but you'll still probably get more use out of it if you save it for a bulk...or for really bad cheat meals haha.

I like combing P-Slin/AP with my meal before the workout. I call this meal my base.if I can shove some extra glycogen in my muscle cells pre workout, I'm fueled naturally to get the job done. I like to time this meal 1/5-2 hours pre workout (depending on the size of the meal) to allow insulin to clear...

Perfect example of different methods working for different people. Clemenza, maybe you should take advantage of the fact that you have both on hand and do a bit of experimenting with one or the other or a combination of the two.

Great point. I'm going to do just that. Experiment with dosing. I'll definitely try to AP / PSlin combo 2 hours pre with 3/4 - 1 cup (uncooked) brown rice.

I read on the Bulk Super Cissus sticky to run 1g - 2x a day. Super Cissus caps recommend 1600mg - 2x a day.

Any reason for the different dosing?

I would go 2 grams twice a day. We'll revisit the bulk write up. thank you for pointing that out.

Ok thanks. Just shot 1/2 Tspn (2.2g) and threw it down easy with a sip of water. I actually thought it tasted pretty good, like tea.

Just in time... these joints have been creeking and cracking from all the heavy lifting this winter. Super Cissus to the rescue!

How is your diet training set up? I've been using P-Slin/Ap for the majority of my off season and have added minimal bodyfat

Suggested earlier a mix 2-1 1/2 hrs before training is a potent combo.

And like classic suggested P-Slin on a bulk is the business for pre/intra carb manipulation

I just got this stack in the mail yesterday and I cant wait to start on it. Unfortunately my funds only allowed me to get for one month.
 
Are u also stacking 1 carboxy? If so, how are I dosing it? I also picked up the great deal nutra had. Just figuring how will I dose 1 carboxy and super saps along with versa 1 and agmatine.

I haven't started the 1 Carboxy yet. Still trying to figure out the perfect dosing/stacking protocol.

Got a little more sloppy then I would have liked over the past month, so I'm starting my cut now.

Carb cycling, and doing AM fasted training some days, which doesn't give me too much room to run P Slin pre workout if I'm training on empty.

I may save it for summer when I up my carbs to maintenance.
