So i'm a 24 year old female- Use to weight 310 pounds approx 14 months ago, made it down to 169. During this vicious plateau I started T3/Clen to break it. I've taken it about a year ago for three months pill form, which worked wonders. Presently I have liquid form, & at this point i've been taking it when I wake up, before lunch, and before I smash jim. I workout 6 days a week, 1 1/2 hours a day. About 20-30 mins of cardio, the rest, heavy weight training. How long does it take before it works?To continue losing weight, should I quit weight training and become a strict cardio bunny again?Thanks for the help.
