Nutraplanet cissus dosage

Hey im going to buy nutraplanet's bluk cissus and I;m just looking for the dosage I should take. I did some research and I saw some suggestions that said 500-1000mgs is an effective dosage but I also found other information that suggests doses at 3-6grams. Generally, what doses are you people taking? And how are you's splitting the doses? Thanks.
