I agree. OT is such a complete formula and it can be had for $20 a bottle a few times per year on sale. Since each bottle is a 45-day supply, that's a little over $13 a month for a quality multi with extras such as joint support.

I'll take a look at it, but I more so care about oral bioavailability of the product than the profile. If that tab doesn't break down quickly an easily, and those key minerals aren't chelated, thats a big factor for me.

aside from it not being in split up dosages (am/pm), there are specific vitamins an minerals that I want more of in the morning, and others more of at night.

  4. I've been using Source Naturals, Life Force Multiple,
On Mr. Cooper's recommendation in another thread, and I think it's a fantastic Multivitamin.

    Peace

Indeed, the artifical coloring has been removed (and it has a pretty new label!)

  11. I've been using Orange Triad for a period of 3 months. Can't say i notice any difference from other Multis. But I am a bit skeptical over tablets, I prefer capsules or gelcaps usually. I don't mind trying new products, but I usually always go back to the capsules or gelcaps.

  12. Dye less is definitely the way to go

  13. Interesting topic. I mix it up. Kind of rotate Life Force, Alive liquid and Orange Triad. I do think the OT helps with my old arse crickity joints. After 6 separate knee surgeries, hip surger, shoulder surgery and rotator cuff slight tear in non operated on shoulder, joint relief is much appreciated . . . as is Dr. James Andrews.

I alway waste the liquid as after has been open a few days, it does not seem as fresh so I don't drink. Why is Triad in tablet if absorption is such an issue or does it really make that much if a difference?

  14. Its funny, I have read varying studies on capsules v. tablets, and I think both maintain merit. However, one of the reasons I support tablets (without backing away from capsules, btw) is that certain vitamins are not there to be absorbed in he stomach, as it would be preferential for it to be absorbed in the small intestine. In capsule form, there is a distinct chance that it will be only available in the stomach, not optimal imo.As I mentioned, I have tried varying multis, and like a few. But, OT is the best I have tried. My joints feel better, I get sick far less frequently, and when I go to the bathroom and night, I dont need a light with my neon urine

  15. Another Orange Triad vote. Joints feel better, immune system seems to be boosted, and digestion is greatly improved.
