That is perfectly fine, you might be able to drop the glucosamine and still get the same desirable results.
If you check out it'll have cissus/glucosamine plus other ingredients that will help with your joints.[Team VPX sports]

I've been using Flexible from Formutech for a while along with fish oil and have had a dramatic decrease in my knees and hips cracking and joint soreness is all but gone. No more swollen knees after leg day, etc...

Just purchase bulk cissus and take 3g/day
but to go a little more into it what you are taking is the best thing IMO

SNS Cissus XT + a basic joint formula will do you well. SNS Cissus XT at 6 caps/day + 1 serving of Joint Help daily will get you through more serious injuries if need be.

Really considering Joint Help, I have no experience with ParActin.
Cissus from USP or SNS is good. I was really surprised by AX Athlete's Joint Restore as well.

So decided to stick with the stack as I had already order it before I started this thread but will move over to I force joint help as it sounds promising, I've been taking glucosamine and fish oils for a while now and nothing, so put a order in for some cissus rx by usp. The reason for the stack is that I broke my wrist a few years ago and it's given me problems ever since especially with my job and now the cold weather setting in, also my knee is shagged and on top of that I've now done my shoulder in not good. Thanks for the replies.
