I had my BUN and Creatinine levels checked and they were 26 (normal 5-19) and 1.8 (normal .8-1.5), respectively. I had them checked in August and my BUN was about the same, but my creatinine was normal, I think 1.3. I assume the BUN has to do with the high protein content of my diet. Is there any reason for concern? My doctor seems to think so.
As far as supplements go, I'm taking CEE, AAKG, ZMA, green tea extract,
and whey. I also finished PCT with nolva about 3 weeks ago.
Edit: After some research, I see that the normal BUN to creatinine ratio is between 10:1 and 20:1. Also the addition of CEE 2 months ago could account for the rise in creatinine. So maybe everythings okay????
