  8. Ive been on ZMA for a couple months now an i love it. Helps me major with sleep and recovery. I wake up refreshed and fall asleep much quicker. Also, I don't feel as sore as I usually do after an intense workout. You gotta take it on an empty stomach because if you don't, it slaughters your stomach all night, or at least it did mine. 3 capsules optimum nutrition is the brand of choice for me.

Don't have any calcium rich foods aka milk before taking ZMA- calcium depletes ZMA and renders it worthless

yea luckily i know that now lol + learned the hard way

  12. If you drink casein, make sure you take your ZMA 1.5 hours before ataking casein

  13. word. thanks my dude

  14. Both are worth a shot. ZMA is cheap enough that its a great addition to any stack.

  15. i love how cheap it is i just got me 2 bottles

  16. For how little ZMA costs, give it a shot. I've never purchased just a straight ZMA product, but I use to time my SNS MCC dose prebed and that seemed to help with sleep quality. You could just purchase your own Magnesium Citrate + Zinc Picolinate.
