I've been using K R-ALA for a couple months now. According to Geronova thier new formula Mito-Gold contains (among other things) R-DHLA (R-DIHYDROLIPOIC ACID). It's suppose to increase R-ALA absorption and recycle vitamin E and others. Stuff's expensive so I was wondering if anyone has any feedback or more info on it?
