Take 1g morning, 1g before bed and whatever you like pre workout. Only thing I really get from too much is stomach discomfort. Google and read up.
First, high reps do not encourage fat loss. This is an old myth that refuses to die; HIIT, however, is a good idea. Regarding arginine, there's nothing to demonstrate that it increases NO when taken orally.
