    How much L-arginine a day


    Ok I'm weight training with high reps & hiit cardio for weight loss, love
    The pump I get with arginine supplement & the pump I get in the bed room too lol,

    I have 500mg caps so how many is safe a day
    & when?

    The box says 1? Lol

    I noticed no difference with agmatine I prefer AAKG.

    Take 1g morning, 1g before bed and whatever you like pre workout. Only thing I really get from too much is stomach discomfort. Google and read up.

    First, high reps do not encourage fat loss. This is an old myth that refuses to die; HIIT, however, is a good idea. Regarding arginine, there's nothing to demonstrate that it increases NO when taken orally.

    return bottle, get agmatine and cit-mal.....can get bulk powders, or go with something like hemavol

    arginine has been proven pretty much useless for NO purposes...great thread on it from NO HYPE on bb.com, worth looking up
