I am on Day 6 ofand wanted to comment on the thermogenic effect. I typically hit the gym first thing in the AM before work, so most days I lift in a fasted state. On Saturdays I have time to eat breakfast before the gym, this past Saturday was no different and it was day 3 on Versa.
Yesterday, day 5, I woke up and took my pre and V1. I noticed a thermogenic effect throughout the morning, far more than I usually notice on lifting days. Nothing else was different other than V1.
I was surprised during the workout yesterday, noticeable increase in results from the prior week. I did have some DOMS today which I also attribute to the V1.
