Is it considered stimulatory itself like caffeine (avoid before bed Etc)

Two biggest effects after 2 weeks of use are appetite is through the roof (more so than Anabeta which also makes me very hungry), and an increase in DOMs. I normally hardly ever feel sore after lifting, but lately since taking Versa1 I have felt some soreness either the night of (I lift early AM) or the day after every workout.
Weight is up a few lbs, and it seems to be lean, I am attributing it to increase in calories. I am happy that even though I am eating not very clean (hard to keep diet clean when I am pretty much starving all day long), I have experienced no noticable fat gain.
Strength also seems to be increasing at a faster than normal rate, its very noticable on heavy compound movements, especially squat and deadlift. Not as noticable on other stuff like bench and shoulderpress, but I am going to push those a little harder next week to see if anything is going on with those lifts.
I dose it an hour before lifting with a scoop of White Flood and 2 RPM caps. About 5 hours later I have a scoop of Focus XT, and even using the Focus that long after the Versa1 I notice it seems to amplify the effects of it. On non workout days I take it upon waking with a cup of coffee, and a few hours later 1 scoop of Focus XT, or a 200mg caffeine pill on weekends (I use Focus XT 5 days a week at work only).
Oh, one other thing to note. I have read a few people have experienced a thermogenic effect, especially when taking faster. Most notably Coopers review talked about this in detail. I have not noticed this effect so far during my run.
