    Any advice on my supplements on bulk season


    I eat 6 meals a day each contains 600-700 calories, 47g protien... about 15g fat

    My supplements

    Morning
    Pure test (daa) 3 caps 500.0 per cap
    myovite vitamins
    Labrada Nutrition Kre-Alkalyn 1 cap in more 750.0 per cap


    Pre work out
    iSatori ISA-TEST GF 4 caps

    Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)25.0
    Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)7.0
    Zinc (as Zinc Aspartate)20.0
    Magnesium (as Oxide and Aspartate)300.0

    Somatrin325.0

    Ingredients:Gelatin Capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Yellow No. 6, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40.

    No-explod

    Post-workout
    syntha 6 2 scopes 44g protein
    Bsn cellmass 1 serving
    Amino chewable

    Bed time
    syntha 6 2 scopes 44g protein
    Pure test daa 3 caps
    Amino chewable

    I wanna gain 20-30 pounds before june 1 .....

    If any advice please help

    drop cellmass, no need to seperate daa doses, drop kre alk also. use basic mono
