Doesn't look like anything special, it would depend on cost i guess.

the ingredients are worth taking ('cept for the L-Carnitine) - price will be the key for the compilation. Cut the L-Car, add ephedrine, ashwaganda & 7-oxo, and you've got my fat-burning stack.

Guggul Lipid Extract 200mg **
(10% yielding 20mg guggulsterones)
Are they standardized for the Z and E crap?
Otherwise with only 30 servings per container it better not cost more then $15 considering its just a run of the mill formula.
Most fat burners are 60 servings for 30-35 dollars.

nothing spectacular there. i wouldnt expect very good results with that mixture. all the worthwhile ingredients are underdosed.
there are better things available than this.

Good point - IIRC one should shoot for ~100mg of guggulsterones.
I go further & 'fortify' the extract by mixing in the Z & E synthetics.
(Just started doing this, so don't know if it's worth the extra effort)

That's why I blend & cap my own. Yes, it's more trouble - but I get what I want, the way I want it.
Works for me.
