    TTA And GDA's


    Any of you stack TTA with Slintensity or other GDA's\Nutrient Partitioners? If so, do you take them together or separately throughout the day? I have some TTA stock piled and a few bottles of slintensity........and some major holiday fat gain to avoid....LOL!

    I have done each separately- run one bottle of TTA, then a bottle of whatever GDA I have on hand but have never stacked them together before. Thoughts?

    I always was under the impression it was best to keep TTA away from food. Other than that you should be fine.

    For me I like to take it on an empty stomach. I take 2g a day split in 2 doses, one AM on an empty stomach (I train in the AM) and 1 anywhere post workout on an empty stomach.

    Raspberry ketones are a nice addition for a good adipose attack stack, I would go for RK-500 and some PLCAR instead of the GDA for fat loss.

    I agree with above 2g on an empty stomach per day. It's a nice addition to many "cutting stacks"

    You could probably take the TTA when you took it when you weren't stacking the two, and use the Slintensity when you did the last time as well. Stack them not at the same time but during the same phase, or time frame of your diet.

    I use both together, not at the same time of day though. Both have become cutting staples for me

    Used both before on cuts with no problems. Not a fan of dosing too high on the TTA due to possibility of sides, but like to dose it before CHO meals or training.

    I've used TTA and GDA's together. Not at the same time but on the same days. I've used TTA with Recompadrol, Glycobol, and with Slinshot. I also use it with raspberry ketones and green tea extract for a nice cutting stack.

    Hm I've been dosing slinsane v2 and tta-500 one capsule each before my two highest carb meals (excluding post wo) and hadn't really thought about it. I'm stayin the same weight (which is what I want) but leaning out around the belly a bit

    looks like I'll be changing up my dose to see if that works better

    I almost put myself into acute renal failure back in the day with designer supplements tta product.. ridiculous muscle cramps rupturing muscle cells releasing myoglobin into my blood stream.. was not fun, scary as hell. Used it many times since though with no problems, i always use R-ala with it.

    how much do you need to dose to notice the cramping? I'm only taking 1g a day and haven't noticed any sides

    What would you guys say is the minimum effective dose per day for TTA if not in a rush for quick results?

    Thanks for the info guys. So what I am getting out of this - okay to stack but not to take them together. Can anyone shed some light as to why you shouldn't take them together? I was originally planning in doing that.....only for big cheat meals though...ex - Christmas dinner I had thought that I would take 1 cap tta about 45 min prior to the meal and then a slintensity 20 min prior.

    To those how take TTA pre w\o - do you have a meal prior? I workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Never really thought of using TTA pre...

    I don't see a problem taking TTA + GDA at once before a meal.

    Pre-workout without a meal should be fine as well and I have done quite often.

    I would take no more than 1g TTA a day.

    Use it pre-high carb meal or on an empty stomach.

    The only issue I've had dosing it pre-training on empty stomach and training fasted is the lethargy which can become tiresome especially during cardio sessions.

    IME, decent but much more effective at 1g. 2g is slightly more effective than 1g but cramping makes it not worth the difference. 1g is the sweet spot.

    I always dose between 1-2 g and have never had cramping issues either.

    I'm not familiar with TTA so I did a quick search.

    Wouldn't this be more effective before a high fat meal? It appears to take a while for a dose to reach full concentration. It also has a long half life.

    I like the lipid effects. Would this be a good addition on cycle?

    looks like it may be a good idea to supplement with vitamin E and fish oil (which most are likely already doing).

    I've taken 1g a day. 500g before my largest 2 meals (which also contain the highest fat content) I take it wish fish oil and I take vitamin E regularly (when I remember too).

    I've also taken Slinshot along with it. The past month I've hovered around 212-215 (goal has been to maintain) but have leaned out slightly so I'd say it works.

    Just be careful with tta everyone.. i almost went into acute renal failure from it back in the day. It was my fault, it was designer supplements melting point.. you were suppose to take 4 pills daily i think, i took 5. I was at work as a waiter, and got extreme cramps non-stop felt like my muscles were tearing. Then my piss was dark brown, I was releasing myoglobin into my blood stream..


    dangerous dangerous. I chugged a sh*t ton of water until my pee cleared, and didn't use it for YEARS after. My fault, stupid for dosing higher.. but heed the warning!

    yup but this was when i weigth 300lbs+ of "fatty ass" i think this is why high doses works too well (in my case) but yeah i`m with you not every one can handle 2g+ daily
