Great minds think alike brotha. That's the thing many nootropic junkies don't realize when stacking cholinergics, Alcar, Huperzine, DMAE, etc.... Don't forget about DOPAMINE!!

so you recommend alpha-gpc 300mg and 750 mg ani 3 times a day or that as a daily dose divided into 3 doses?

Take 750 ani and 300mg of alpha GPC 2x a day.

Ani is a noot that has dimishing returns and an extra dose can really wreak havoc. It makes me and others I have on it now get a little disorientation, brain fog, and lazy. It is a very powerful noot and you need to stay in recommended levels- which is 750mg 2x a day, with food.

Depends on your time span of needing it to be active. For me, Aniracetam lasts 2-3 hours. So for a full work day for example I'd take 3 separate doses. Keep in mind that you're increasing glutamate a ton with nootropics like Aniracetam, so avoiding glutamate toxicity by using Methylcobalamin, P-5-P, PQQ, Taurine, Resversatrol, etc will be a big benefit.

As far as I know, Aniracetam is unique in it's ability to stimulate Dopamine and Serotonin release.

Aniracetam enhances cortical dopamine and serotonin release via cholinergic and glutamatergic mechanisms in SHRSP.

well backer, for as long as you been around, and with a company that sells lclt, i am just a lil surprised you don't know the difference between the various forms of carnitine, and their applications, is all

simply put: no, lclt does not elicit same effects as alcar
nor does lclt elicit same effects as other various forms of carnitine

    here's a quick rundown:

•Acetyl-L-Carnitine- the acetyl group basically means a collection of acetyl acid. To put it simply the addition of it to the carnitine aids in good memory function and mental focus. As with other forms of L-carnitine it also increases energy
•L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate- tartrate, found in nature in some fruits, helps stabilize the L-carnitine. It’s also and effective antioxidant and some studies have shown it aids in more rapid muscle recovery after heavy stress
•L-Carnitine fumarate- especially good for both metabolizing fat and sending plenty of oxygen to the heart, both valuable properties for athletes
•D-Carnitine, D-L-Carnitine- only available synthetically and the FDA labels it as an illegal food additive
•Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine (GPLC) – especially good for muscles as it promotes strong blood flow to them and makes up for oxygen lost during workout. Enhances fat metabolism and waste removal from cells

    interesting beast, carnitine is

Nah, the acetyl group in ALCAR mediates any nootropic effects

Who wrote those bullets? Oxygen is not "lost" from muscles. No clue what acetyl acid is. Also, fumarate increases cellular ATP via its incorporation into the TCA cycle. This leads to an increase in [ATP] in muscle, and a decrease in [AMP]. The decrease in [AMP] stimulates Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase, leading to an increase in [Malonyl-CoA], and a block of fatty acid transport into the mitochondria for fat oxidation. So LCL-Fumarate actually inhibits b-oxidation.

ha, yeah wasn't the best sourcing, but i thought it looked pretty
besides - speed was of the essence, as i needed to remove myself from the front of my computer yesterday, it was quick to find

pointedly tho, it showed the unique function of alcar, and that this form is specifically unique to memory attributes

simply goes to show, bro - always question your sources

sorry bud I've never stated I was versed in nootropics hence why I asked about noots.

This is a new arena for me since im old now The topic is increasing the action of noots which is what I am trying to LEARN about

    old eh? damn youngster

noots have nothing to do with understanding the actions of various forms of carnitine and what they are best suited for, but okay

alcar been around for quite some time (i think before the term nootropic was even invented lol), and long been known as the "smart carnitine"

in any event, learn away! is some interesting stuff for sure, lots to learn indeed
