    Your current supplements are great, and I would add:

    SNS Citrulline Malate at 2-3 scoops pre-judo
    SNS Beta-alanine caps at 4-5 caps daily for several weeks

    Also, look into LCLT for improved recovery and VO2 max.

    3g of citrulline is the sweet spot for me, anything more and by the end of sparring my forearms feel worse than my body.
