Hey man, sorry to get in on this late. I have logged OG Anabeta twice on this site, both times trying to lose fat while gaining muscle (I guess that would be a recomp and not a cut, but I don't think anyone specifically tries to lose muscle, so most cuts could probably be called recomps anyway, right?). I did not take anything specifically to lose fat on either log, as I am very sensitive to stims. I had great results both times, and there are before/after pics in both logs so you can see for yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend adding in the AB or ABE. I was able to put on muscle, and a lot of strength, all while cutting calories and eating super cleanly. I was also able to eat more carbs than I normally would while cutting calories without paying a price. In fact, I needed to eat them. I have not tried ABE yet (I have a log coming up in the spring, so keep an eye out), but it seems to be tailor-made for what you are doing right now. The only thing to mention is that you NEED to eat after dosing (at least I did). If I didn't have any food and dosed 2 pills, I would start getting cranky and woozy. AB seems to work in combination with carbs and BCAAs, especially (so I guess it feeds off of insulin? PES guys, is this the accepted truth here?). If you are only eating between 1 and 7, maybe dose all of your AB between 12:30 and 8, so it has nutrients to work with. That is just my experience, so gauge yours as you go, but for me, AB worked great even if it would be better-suited for a clean bulk. I just needed to eat enough, and I couldn't take it too late in the day, or I wouldn't be able to sleep. Despite the absence of stims, I got so much energy from AB that I couldn't sleep if I still had it in my system. In conclusion, I say run the ABE as the first choice, and AB as the second. Definitely try one, though. Hope this helps!
