I think AB/ABE definitely have some blood sugar type effects. I made this mistake of dosing 2 ABE once pre workout on an empty stomach... halfway through my workout I was seeing stars lol. I came home and raided every sugar filled food in my kitchen.
I gotta dose it before I eat. I dose AB/ABE about 5 minutes before a high carb meal, and almost immediately after I'm finished eating I feel pumped and full (muscularly). The pumps are unbelievable.
