Im taking the Beast Creature Creatine powder form. I love it, its great. I just have two questions and cant find them anywhere.

1. Do i have to cycle beast i saw like 50/50 say yes and no so I'm still unsure.

2. It says to take a scoop in am and another scoop at pm on days I'm not working out do i have to do that ? Like if i don't will it effect anything ? Cuz i usually take it right after workout but these next two days i wont be able to workout due to school and work so i wanna know if i should take it or just save it for my workout saturday and days after.

Thanks

1.) Not really. However it may be beneficial to switch things up after a bit.
2.) Save it. The 2,504mg on non-workout days is fine.

-I don't normally supplement creatine at all during non-workout days.

1.) As mentioned, some people can be Magnesium deficient at times...and I find Magnesium Creatine Chelate a good way to switch around from Mono every now and then.
2.)IIRC all you need is around 3g 4x a week to keep saturation levels at max, no need for more unless we are talking about someone over 250lbs...(3g value is really just a round off from 2.4-2.5g , but who has time to go weighting powder every single day haha)

So basically , Click is right on the money ;p. Just in case it wasn't clarified already too, creatine is saturation and not time dependant...meaning, take it any time you want a day...makes no difference pre or post workout...but my preference always lies post workout.

I tend to like the mcc for additional magnesium

Generally for good health, while on or off supplements, the recommendation is 1 gallon water per day.

A gallon of water throughout the day is good regardless of any supplements you night be taking.
