how do you guys feel about cycling creatine?

  1. This is a topic of contention on many boards, and I've seen very well informed posts going both ways (high v. low, enhanced v. natural). Honestly, I probably err a little more on the high side, but considering the low cost of creatine. I don't see the down side.


  2. So u take 10 grams at once or split pre and post.

  3. I always split my doses up throughout the day.

  4. I would do 10 grams on workout days, pre and post and then 5 grams on rest days. As for cycling, I think it's best for your liver and body to cycle and will also help your strength gains in the long run
