R-Spray is transdermal resveratrol. What else could be closer? This or resveratrol caps is probably your only options.

If your gonna use resveratrol go transdermal. Oral is basically useless with its poor bioavailability.

Well BPS Forma has formestane along with resveratrol I'm currently using it and enjoying it. How they would compare though I'm not sure as the only consistency between the 3 is resveratrol and it being topically applied. My best guess would be I think R spray has the most resveratrol but that is the only ingredient so if you just want res go that route. SA and Forma are more rounded hormone enhancers I would say forma will have the most profound effect on lowering E while SA would come in second but definitely be the best for libido.
