Hi there guys.A friend of mine has a problem.He started gym with me before a couple months and the last month he used creatine monohydrate prwteini and aminos.When his mother show him she though that he is taking suplements cause the diference in his boby is quite big. So shw wants from him when he goes to his home from college to make some blood examination.In how mych time will his body be clean off them?One moth?

Two to three months if your lucky. I'd say his blood levels are alarmingly high

I'm messing with you lol, none of that will show up in blood tests. It's not steroids lol. Unless he was taking 500g of protein power/creatine a day and his liver and kidneys were shutting down
