What dose are you guys liking the most for pumps and overall performance.

I think I like the 1,000-1,2000 range

Is anyone noticing any type of tolerance/diminishing effects with prolonged use?

No tolerance to diminished effect, and I've used 1g daily for probably a year or so.

500mg upon waking. 500mg pre workout.. best combo ive found. I just use 1 scoop of hemavol for each so i get the extra goodies.

2g SNS Agmatine (from the 100g powder for economic value) upon rising or with a high carb preworkout meal ;)

I'm thinking this. More like 2g would be better. That 500-1000 shyt I don't respond too.

I'll agree with all the comments about taking it with pre-workout meal with a decent amount of CHO. Seems to be in tons of actual pre-workout products now but I still prefer dosing 1-2g with my breakfast or pre-workout meal that has CHO in it.

I remember 3-4 years ago when the good dose was 250-500mgs

Now its 1-2 grams lol

Its cheaper now. Always loved the high doses but MAN Blueprint got expensive dosed like that. :o

What effects do the different dosing methods confer?

First thing in the morning
High carb meals
Preworkout
Postworkout

Postworkout

Upon rising - peptide hormone/GH release
High carb meals - improved insulin sensitivity
Preworkout - increased vasodilation/pumps/performance
Postworkout - reduced DOMS by virtue of the analgesic effects

Awesome, Coop. That is exactly for what I was looking.
