Anabeta Dosing

I'm about to start a bottle of og anabeta and i was wondering if there are any special dosing patterns you guys like, such as 2 pre 2 post etc. or should i just follow the directions on the bottle? also the cap(s) taken pre workout should be taken with a high carb meal for better pumps correct ? thanks

2 pre-workout , and 2 with food.

If training first thing in the AM:

-2 Pre-workout

-2 with post workout meal.

If training later PM:

-2 with a meal

-2 pre-workout

I like it better 2 Pre-workout and 2 with my post-workout meal.

I would run 6
2 pwo
2 lost with meal
2 right before sleep. Get that Anabolic sleep

Both of these are great suggestions! See how 4 a day feels, but I've used 6 on training days and 4 on non-training days and both ways have gotten me really nice results.

All good suggestions, people play with dosing I like 2 pre, 2 post and 2 with my supper.

Subbed! Ive never used AB before but I just bought 2 bottles of OG AB and am thinking I might try the 2 pre-wo, 2 post-wo, 2 with supper dosing protocol.

I like 1 four times a day. No need for more than 4 a day. Anything over that isn't going to make a difference. Well...maybe in your mind.

I had heard exactly the same thing even from natty...mind the formulator...

He once said: "Unless you are over 200lbs I don't think you need more htan 4 caps" ...for Airborne I get it, he is quite humongous...but meh , us smaller guys can see the same benefit from 4.

Love this dosing protocol!

I get the best results taking 1-2 with HIGH carb meals. I notice great nutrient partitioning effects. Anabeta really helps shoot the carbs to the muscle. Pumps are ridiculous!

I agree. The 6 on training days does seem to help me with a pump in the gym, but I always recommend starting with 4:)

I've tried both 4 and 6 and never noticed a difference above 4 caps a day. I have taken it since the beta release. I'm around 230 pounds. So I'm talking from a lot of experience.

Personally, I don't think you are going to really notice a difference unless you are in my range of 250+ and that is speaking from my experience as I am also one of the original users of Anabeta. I have used it numerous times and I do notice the difference between 4 and 6 caps. I prefer 6 caps a day. However, I think for the most part it is going to be different on an individual basis. I guess it really just matters how you respond it. :shrug:
