What's so great about orange triad?

I see everyone saying to get orange triad as their multi, but what makes it so much better than a regular multi? I mean $30 for 45 days is pretty steep when it looks like it has a typical spectrum of vitamins mega dosed with glucosamine/chondroitin/msm. What am I missing here?

it's comprehensive but I ran two bottles and didn't notice much.

I'm back to Now Adam and cissus

Probably nothing special, Shoprite Multivites are probably just as good. Multi Vitamins are a prickly subject, some people say you don't need many at all, some say you need to take quite a bit. As a bodybuilder, you def want to make sure you take enough, but for most active people, one or two multivitamins a day are all that's required.

The forms of the vitamins in orange triad are more bio available than most multi vitamins

Convenience, has normal multi/immune/joint support all in one. I guess if you can afford it why not lol

Love this product, price is a bit steep, but I always run when planning a cycle!

OT uses quality forms of the vitamins in their formula and then it has the joint/digestive/immune system support. It's quality stuff if you want all of that in one bottle. If you don't need the joint support, then you could get by with something else. It's always on sale too by the way.

and who wouldnt want a joint and immune supplement in their multi?

A lot of us switch around as well, depending to whats on sale. I usually buy a couple bottles at a time when on sale and bounce back and forth between OT and Now Adam

This. I've used them a few times and like them. I like the multiple complexes that it contains, just needs some cissus now!

You can get sick while taking any vitamin. Taking a supplement doesn't preclude you from illness although it could certainly help in being somewhat preventative. I used to take Mega Men vitamin's years ago when I used to be even more naive and shopped at *** for all my supp needs.
