If your diet is fine, I'd be surprised if you felt anything at all.

Normally, one supplements either for general health or to address something specific. I can't tell what you are looking for.

If I had to guess, I would say you are looking for something specific; and that is probably mood enhancement.

So, assuming that is correct, are you asking if B-Complex (Jarrow, ITC) helps mood?

If that is it, there are several other supplements I might suggest.

If the question is whether Jarrow B Right is a good product, I have heard from others it is, and it has been recommended frequently.

I like Jarrow's. Been using their mixed carotenoids for a long time now. Might pick up some B-right as well!
