Take some 5 HTP. Your body goes into cravings after you burn up all those carbs. 5 HTP can help. Chase it with a crystal light.

But you don't really need anything else different per say Unless fielding has a large energy expenditure component aside from heat loss that im not aware of.
You can just do protein and fat if you want to, your body will adjust to the lower carb levels but the choice is really up to you
