Thanks Finaflex and Dreamweaver for allowing me to log their new Ignite 2. What mainly drew me to this product was that it has agmatine. I have never used a preworkout with agmatine before and I have heard great stories of the skin ripping pumps it delivers.

I am doing another log (yes both reps are okay with it) on recoverpro and IF lean bulking so most of my foods or other daily thoughts will be on there if you want to subscribe I'd love to have you. On this thread it will mainly be the cut and dry lifts, pumps and my feelings centered on how I performed in the gym.

I will edit some pics in from my phone once I am in better wifi range.

Today I received 1 tub of Ignite 2 Wild Watermelon and an XL Finaflex Freak shirt. Both products look badass bros, I am wearing the shirt right now and it fits quite well but still is comfortable enough for added room to grow.

Upon opening I noticed the power has little clumps in it and the scoop for it is quite original. Thought that was pretty cool, it's the little things lol. When I shook 1 scoop in 10 ounces of whatever all those clumps went away and it mixed well. I guess I am just so used to Condense that when the water actually changed color it felt weird in a way. Taste was good 8/10 but I was driving and didn't really savor it so that might go up or down. It isn't sour but it made my jaw clench as if I had just eaten something sour (if that makes sense).

I went into the gym today after only sleeping for 3 hours and being in class from 9-1130 am, but Ignite filled the ticket. I was kinda debating on taking a nap or just going to the gym and I am really glad Ignite came just in time. It didn't "hit me like a brick wall" it eased my energy levels up higher and higher and kept going well into my 2 or 3 exercise then stayed there. I was spotting my friend on skull crushers and with a few spots my biceps felt lit. It was amazing.

I did triceps and a little bit of back touch up today but it feels like I hit chest and bis too. I've never had these feeling and some of my friends tell me thats what hemavol feels like. I am glad I listened and researched the ingredient profile and had a chance to hop on this great opportunity.

Fasted leg training is always tricky, but that's what went down yesterday.
Couple scoops recoverpro then waited til I was almost in the parking lot to drink my ignite 2. (Reasoning was I wanted the energy to peak midway)

Got there and started hitting some squats, my knees felt like crap so after a set of
135x10 I stretched for like 3 minutes.

Tried it out again

For reals (stopped a couple degrees under parallel, didn't feel like going ass to the grass and I didn't notice a huge difference in contraction)

Ya luckily he did lol, I mean I had bile in my mouth constantly after the 2 set of leg extension I just controlled my breathing better I suppose

Read up on the Smolov Jr program and I decided to give it a go and see what it was all about.

First bench day is 6 sets of 6 at 70% of 1MR. Which came out to be like 205 for me, rounded down to the nearest applicable weight.

Warm up with bar, then 135.

Pretty good rep/set range for the weight. Was impressed on how good it felt and how easy it was to control the weight. Well thought out plan indeed.

I didn't do deadlifts on back day and if I miss deads I get anxious so I had to get em in.

My grip held strong and my form was money, felt like barfing when I set down the 6th set, controlled my breathing and the next two sets were cake.

Got an overall good workout, lifting heavy and controlled for 14 sets.

Focus and pump was great usual, and side note when a little bit of the ignite came up it actually didn't taste too bad. Gross to think about but we've all been there lol

Smolov Jr Second Day

My insomnia was acting up, I didnt go to sleep til 7 am last night and I didn't wake up til like 4 pm. Worst time to go to the gym here so I waited til 630 ish. Have to say my stomach was pretty darn empty when I took my scoop of ignite. Took 2 scoops Lemon RecoverPro for obvious reasons. The flavor of ignite has grown on me, which is the opposite of what I expected honestly.

Thanks man, I wish I went to a gym that people weren't just worried about weights. I get the most bizarre looks for doing weights that the noobies are hitting.
This forum keeps me motivated to not let it get to me and keep going for quality! :D

I see them looking at me and I see their little smirkish grins, like they are thinking "Hahahhaha, I'm lifting more than this guy, Hahahaha!" Oh well, I like the way I look better than the way they look and I'm a lot less likely to get injured or experience joint pains, etc. So to all you guys who like to lift the entire gym, more power to ya!

Day 4 of Smolov

1 scoop Ignite 2, fasted and right before I stepped off my truck.

Warm up with bar and then 135.

10 sets of 3 at 85%

250x3 o 10

Around set 7 I started getting tired and started lifting like a power lifter. Felt good, no spotter no problem.

First week is done.

Next week it's the whole thing over again just add 5 kilos to everything.

Gave my bud a scoop, since he never has taken a preworkout before and he normally tires out halfway through and bitches that it's time to leave.
NOT TODAY! He stayed and was focused the entire time. I didn't know he hadn't eaten though so the scoop on an empty stomach for someone not used to stimulants turned out bad on the drive home. He had to pull over and almost lost it, he held it in like a champ though! Just giving my thoughts.

The taste has grown on me, it's kinda like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher with a slight chalky taste. Still get that urge to not take it but as soon as I start sipping it the feeling goes away!

Pretty good stuff, that nausea problem is long gone and the flavor really grew on me. I now chug the stuff lol. Gonna maybe try 1.5 scoops today just for experimentation

Yeah dude did you have the nausea thing too? I take mine 45 mins before workout and that solves that issue I'm having good results as well

Yeah but only when I was about to drink it, just some mental thing I guess cuz the flavor started out like a chalky jolly rancher taste. Now it's just jolly rancher lol. After taking it I felt great
