Healthiest way I spike: 300g bananas = 68g carbs (roughly 3 small bananas or two LARGE ones)
Healthiest way I grow: 300g sweet potato = 60g carbs (roughly 1 small sweet potato)
Worst way if I'm out of bananas/potatoes: 90g oatmeal = 60g carbs
Waxy Maize, , imo are unhealthy, ymmv. Vitagro I've never heard of.
