For those who have used lico-

Label says 2 twice a day with meals. I follow IF so there is no food before 4pm, can morning dose be taken upon rising on empty stomach? Should / could evening dose be taken on empty stomach at bed? Or at dinner with food?

Since lico is advertised as anti inflammatory, should be taken away from workouts, 3 hours pre/post?

If it inhibits, COX-2, I'd do so.
