I believe that's very overblown. They do compete for the same receptors but at the doses we're talking about its not a big deal.

Not bad...looks like a good dose of citrulline and beta alanine. It would depend on how much...what is this? Id add some cop and maybe bcaas

Vitamin C should be away from any Peri Workout scenario since it hinders Hypertrophy. Prop blend seems to make the dosages low for Citrulline anyway.

Too few BA in contrast to the Taurine dosage and not enough Magnesium anyway...And Creatine Monohydrate has nothing to do Pre-workout.

  6. So at $14 for 40 servings, is it worth it? I'd be taking it with DAA, Erase, Kre-alkalyn & MusclePharm amino1 bcaa...

I think the cit dose should be good right? It's l cirrullene not cit mal so the necessary dose is lower...

How can you know from a Prop-Blend? Also for L-Citrulline my opinion is that 3g are needed for a proper dosage. Alas how is a 3.19g dosage of a blend including it enough? Seeing how many companies like adding at least .5g of Vit C to their blends (still beats me why they do that though).

Ignore the CM... Can't help that they keep putting it in PWO...

Yeah you can't know, but I would assume 500mgs vit c which would make the cit dose 2-2.5g.1.5-2 scoops and you're good to gofor both that and the BA. Especially at that price/serving that's not bad. The extra vit c is the only down side...I'm not really sure its really that terrible even though coop says it is (and normally I follow coops word religiously)

You don't like Citrulline or Vitamin C?

Also it has no real Pre-workout ingredients other than Caffeine and a pixie dust of Citrulline. Look for COP , Nootropics , different stimulants and Carnitines as a baseline for spending money in a pre-workout. Albeit I am more of a Nitrate and NO2 optimization guy recently...noots I can add.

Beta Alanine is not a Pre-workout ingredient, 2 scoops puts you at 400mg caffeine and 6g Creatine mono...which none of that is needed at all. It is a sad Pre...

It doesn't matter when you take BA or creatine...so why not in a pre?

  14. beta alanine is a good old school supp stack with creatine strength should go up as long as you eat enough calories

It is actually proven that post workout absorption rates are higher, and it is better to split Beta Alanine instead of taking it all in one dose. IMO it is best to take either after a Na-R-Ala or other kind of GDA dose.

Why not pre...well simply for the fact many people can't handle the tingles of BA and add Niacin, add also caffeine and some people get winded out of it. Why not Creatine Mono Pre? GI issues, some people can't stomach bloat from Creatine in a pre and also get problems from the metabolic stress from the body when working out...

    Any other questions?

??? I didn't mention not liking citrulline or vitamin C...

I don't like stims, & don't need nootropics... Pumps I'm after... I've got Jack3d Micro on hand... This was just an idea for a cheap but effective backup, nothing more...

If you want pumps Jack3d Micro is superior than this Pre...it has Nitrates, Citrulline, and Agmatine Sulfate.

So you wouldn't bother with this supp then considering price/serve?

Fair enough. I have done split doses no problem, love the tingles...sadly I don't get them anymore at my dosing

If you don't like stims this one probably isn't for you...

    Noted...

  23. If you really want Painful sick pumps you should go for:

    -1-2g Arachidonic Acid
    -6-9g Critrulline Malate
    -2g COP
    -2g LCLT
    -1g Agmatine Sulfate
    -5-8g GMS

Have that with plenty of water...go enjoy a workout some 20-30 mins later...and enjoy feeling like your skin will be ripped apart.

    You forgot nitrates!

Though this would be the perfect pre...I hate having to buy all that **** in bulk and mix it myself. Now that you're a rep maybe you could make this happen?

    Cool, but what is GMS?

Lol I am merely a tiny being in this industry, barely coming to existence haha...One step at a time. And nitrates...hm...Yeah it could be, I'll read up on interaction of ArA and Nitrates...

I just read up on it & to my understanding it aids with absorption of other supps... So would it be safe to say that it would be beneficial if used in conjunction with any of the supps I use?

Nope, it is mainly to aid the absorption of ArA at those dosages. It could prove benefitial if you want higher endurance or if you were a marathon runner too, unless that's the case, just use it on workout days along with Arachidonic Acid.

  30. I don't think it's that bad for a basic profile. Lacking in the stim department...but the basic building blocks are there. You could always dust it with any bulk supplies you have laying around it's an economical purchase with a flavor system.
