Thinking about supplementing this.
I read some good things about it.Mainly being it helps metabolize and process all the food you eat. Carbs,Fats and proteins.Which is the biggest benefit.
What is the recomended doage to be most effective for a man and woman. My girl is the one that mentioned using it, but more for hair and nail growth.Im obviousley looking the ladder,since i decided to do some investigating..

Probably 100 to 150 women 150 to 200 men but I don't believe there is a real set amount, just a healthy range. I have seen recommended amounts as low as 30 mcg for adults. One egg has about 25.
