Okay so after I get done with my current log on Liquid T911 around mid October I want to bulk til Thanksgiving (last hoorah).
Sadly this is what I think about while I am in Psychology class
but I have:
getting 1 bottle (Celorza's doing)
Oodles of , yes oodles
other miscellaneous items
plan on getting:
Dpol (I am a Purus fanboy)
a joint support
multivitamin most likely OT
I wanna keep it as lean as possible, I weigh 188 and am only 19 so Ph's probably aren't gonna happen (I have SD and Hdrol in my closet though).
upping to 500-750 surplus calories.
Might change up my routine but as of now its 1 muscle group a day: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms and a touch up day then Sundays off.
this is gonna be around 8 weeks of teh gains then back to around maintenance cals and only preworkout.
Recommendations? I don't really bulk/cut I just work out lol
