Went back to hemo and stacked that with supersize and the DAA... As expected hybrid n.o. doesn't even come close. Forget the pump for a second, seriously hemo just gives anything you stack with more focus pump ect than anything I've tried. Great stack together did back and biceps and just killed it. Endurance was through the roof and strength/power was terrific. Totally stacking up on them this weekend if supersize is still on sale. Taking cellucores new bcaa and also storm intra. Rack pulls and bent over rows I did more weight than before I got injured over the summer. Sorry that was long just saying hemoval ftw
    thanks for the props sir!!!

I bought a ton of stuff, and got a ton free.

I bought this container stacking system which kicks ass
Might have been the NY Pro,idk,it was something though.

Dude,i should take a ride down with my girl for a few days,i knoww she'd like it.. plus i know i would leave with some great stuff. Never been to anything, just never went.My bro has been to plenty,i have dvds at home hes given me thats have autos from Heath,Melvin Anthony and Priest to name a few.

Container stacking system, sounds like some thing i need. I use a gatorade container or my dpol container and every night seperate all my supps for the next day in small little cocaine style baggies,lol....it works...

Whats this container u have like?

I went to the Arnold Expo in 2011...

I would say 30% of the audience actually "lift" or even looked like they do... I'm making plans to go in 2013 though

I received a free sample of hemavol with my Condense/Dpol combo I ordered. Been saving that sample for today, today is chest.

Condense, Dpol, and hemavol today. I'm excited, pecs should explode.

One, because it didn't seem like a tongue in cheek post, it seemed like you genuinely believed he was using a hate-word.
Two, I had no idea about any alleged history of unethical acts by the poster, but that actually changes nothing. I am not defending him so much as I am clarifying an apparent misinterpretation.
Anytime you feel like being schooled on ethics and logic, just feel free to post another passive-aggressive comment.

It's obvious, since on the interwebz a person can act like a fool without much repercussion and feel like they got away with something.

    unethical acts????
    who said anything about that?
you are correct about your not having any idea tho..

for the record - i had no personal problem with Jay whatsoever, and respected his contributions to this forum.

I am clarifying an apparent misinterpretation..
    so wait --
you are attempting to clarify a misinterpretation, from said poster who is banned?
once again, AWESOME psychic ability you apparently have!

you are incredibly well-schooled, and tremendously couth...
even tho you name-call and make personal accusations and insults online.

thank you for sharing your wisdom. i for one am appreciative.

perhaps you should practice some tolerance with those who are so obviously less fortunate and cultured than yourself.

allow me to refresh this definition of tolerance..perhaps it fits better, being directed towards you.

You do realize we are employees with the same company live an hour away. We could easily carpool and drive to columbus. I did it last year no issues lol
I'm planning on going to the next one too Mike. Hopefully I can see ya there.

I bought a tub to try, and honestly it's not doing anything for me... No pumps, energy, anything. Highly disappointed. Don't know if there's anything I can do different, tried it on empty stomach, and full stomach, 1/2 hr before workout, and nothing. Seems like it works well for just about everyone else. The only thing I noticed different is that I seem to perspire a bit more, but I usually break a pretty good sweat with my high intensity workouts normally. Any suggestions?

I experienced the same, luckily NP had a 10 pack of the single serving packets so I didn't waste too much. I was expecting great results with the reviews I read, guess it works great for some and no others.

oh well their stuff like protean and compete are current and forever staples in my Supplement cabinet!

Please post exactly how you took hemavol, what you ate, what your drank etc. Most users who dislike hemavol initially, find it's not hard to make it work amazing for them. Hemavol can be very tricky and user dependent. Would love to help you make it work for you.
