Osta rx side effects or just random?

I have been taking Osta at 4 caps a day and I do not remember what week I'm on but some weird things have been happening to me. My arm has been cramping out which never happens and also I have been getting random small muscle twitches. Has this ever happen to someone else because this never happens to me?

My arm has been cramping out which never happens and also I have been getting random small muscle twitches. Has this ever happen to someone else because this never happens to me?

I'm on it as well, 2 weeks in. No cramps at this time but while on other supps I've always found that cramps were due to lack of hydration or electrolytes (sodium, potassium etc), for what it's worth.
