Inhibit-p safe to take with

AOR advanced B complex ???

AOR has a warning saying make sure dont take levodopa with high b complex supplement I know inhibit p has l dopa and p5p

I was wondering if I could take both and if I should take the suggested 3 pills of AOR or just lower the dose and take 2 or 1.

The warning is due to side effects from peripheral conversion of L-dopa to dopamine. Thankfully, the dose of actual l-dopa in Inhibit-P was specifically chosen to minimize potential side effects, so you should be fine. If you are still concerned, you can administer a mild decarboxylase inhibitor like EGCG along with your Inhibit-P.
