    Pre Contest OTC diuretic

My prep coach told me to get an OTC herbal diuretic. to use for 3 days before the show.

Can anyone recommend me a good one, one that contains uva ursa and dandelion root.

I remember one from Scivation but it looks like it's discontinued.

    Thanks.

I kinda like the looks of Fahrenheit Carve.

I see some of them contain caffein, wouldn't you want to avoid caffein day of event due to vaso constriction?

Can a diuretic MHP Expel be dangerous if taken for awhile?

While caffeine IS a vasoconstrictor it also release more norepinephrine so you actually get more vascular off of it and caffeine also has diuretic properties to it.

MHP and Axis Labs both make good products. Used them in the past with the best results.

    Other ideas to consider:
    Asparagus
    Caffeine/coffee
    Yes...alcohol
PMS Tea or Cranberry tea... Brew half a gallon with 5-6 bags and add back into your water gallon.
    Distilled water.

Why would you want to? You can't eat a regular diet and have these work.
