    Creatine?!?!?! You make it sound to be a hyped product. I bet it is used 95% of strength/bodybuilders and it is backed by studies. It may not work for 100% of people, but it is a staple for a reason.

    Most may not even acknowledge it as part of a supplement stack because it is a staple along with fish oil and a multi-vitamin.

    Cool! When you take it on the "off days", are you taking it with or without food?

  8. I take it without. I found that it can take hours to have effect if I take it with food.

  9. This is an ingredient I don't have much familiarity with, but its inclusion is certainly interesting in Compete. I'll have to look into it more.

  10. I have the Now Rhodiola 500mg, how much should I take? So far I have been using 1 cap (500mg) and don't know if it's any point to do more?

  11. Try it and see, it's not going to hurt you. Some people are very sensitive to Rhodiola and others not so much.

    I am back to Gaia brand and their 120mg pill is way more effective for me than others 250-300mg with the same 3:1 ratio. So, even brands are different.
