    Gotcha. Don't like creatine, but CM and beta alanine are nice, though. After doing the supplement game for so many years, I long ago realized I'd rather buy the couple/few supplements that actually work in a single bulk ingredient and make my own mix.

    Never have. I take it pre-bed sometimes and still sleep like a log. For some, it might disturb their sleep architecture, though.

  10. That's crazy, I have never heard of that. In fact, they put it in better pre-workouts now due to the sustained energy it delivers. My wife had to stop taking it because she was convinced she was going to have a heart attack.

    Creatine?!?!?! You make it sound to be a hyped product. I bet it is used 95% of strength/bodybuilders and it is backed by studies. It may not work for 100% of people, but it is a staple for a reason.

    Most may not even acknowledge it as part of a supplement stack because it is a staple along with fish oil and a multi-vitamin.

    Cool! When you take it on the "off days", are you taking it with or without food?

  18. I take it without. I found that it can take hours to have effect if I take it with food.

  20. I have the Now Rhodiola 500mg, how much should I take? So far I have been using 1 cap (500mg) and don't know if it's any point to do more?

  21. Try it and see, it's not going to hurt you. Some people are very sensitive to Rhodiola and others not so much.

    I am back to Gaia brand and their 120mg pill is way more effective for me than others 250-300mg with the same 3:1 ratio. So, even brands are different.
