Googled and couldnt find anything. If someone was to cap matcha green tea would they still see any benefit or does it have to be brewed????

you drink matcha tea, you dont EAT the actual leaves.
i'm not sure the nutritional value of matcha vs. standard tea leaves is anything to fuss over. matchas known for the taste?
