In case anyone was looking into it.....
I have wanted to try it for a while, 300mgs works alright, depending on what youre using it for
I just wanted a relaxant before bed, esp during clen cycles and someone had told me that its helps suppress the app, which is nice while cutting.....anyone else tried it?

I've been using 100mgs in the morning for anxiety and panic attacks since I weined myself from zoloft. I haven't noticed much from it though, maybe I need to up my dose.

To be honest, I dont really know the best dose....I always at least one-up the dose on the bottle, (this was 100mgs on the bottle).....I def noticed a much better effect at 300mgs, but its not for everyone.

I always use it during PCT. Helps with sleep, depression, etc. I love the stuff, although I can't take too much or it just puts me in such a deep sleep I don't want to get up in the morning, and then have trouble waking up after I am up. But great for mood swings and sleep imo.

I only take 300mgs to 400mgs for the first week PCT, then drop it down to 100 or 200mgs, for the remainder.
Truthfully since I take it at night I never really noticed any effects on hunger.
