So I havnt been making very good gains lately and have had a lot of just plain bad workouts even when I have lots of preworkout. I have decided to overhaul everything, diet, weights, cardio, etc. Now, I remember a time when I was having really good gains I would have a breakfast shake consisting of the old formula Vega shake, 2 scoops of Greens powder, a half scoop of workout carb, and glutamine and often some cereal all blended together. Apparently they have discontinued the original Vega and the Vega one I've heard sucks and is overpriced. So my question today is can you suggest a good plant protein based breakfast shake without soy and a good greens powder with no soy also. I am not a vegan or a vegetarian, but this always worked well for me at breakfast so I figured, hey, worth a try.
