I wanted to get your guys opinion on first cycle,
First things first, I have been training hard for the last 3 years with noticeable results.
Im 19 years old so at this moment in time I am hesitant to try a cycle until I am at least 21.
I weigh 210 lbs and have a daily calorific intake of 3680cals with 210 grams of protein and 459 grams of carbohydrates.
For first cycle i was thinking of simply keeping it simple as to minimise the potential side effects.
What i am thinking of running is the following:
Dianabol: 10mg tab
Nolvadex: 10mg tab
Clomid: 50mg tab
Week One : D-Bol: 3x 10mg tabs daily
Week Two : D-Bol: 3x 10mg tabs daily
Week Three : D-Bol: 4x 10mg tabs daily. Nolvadex: 1x 10mg tab
Week Four : D-Bol: 4x 10mg tabs daily
Week Five : D-Bol: 4x 10mg tabs daily. Nolvadex: 1x 10mg tab
Week Six : D-Bol: 3x 10mg tabs daily. Nolvadex: 1x 10mg tab
Week Seven : Clomid 1x 50mg tab a day
Week Eight : Clomid 1x 50mg tab a day
On this cycle I will be consuming around 3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to the best of my ability and will be drinking plenty of water.
As these are orally taken i will be using some , milk thistle for example .
At this stage it is only a brief plan and I would like your guys feedback and thoughts on this as I do appreciate your guys feedback as you have first hand experience.
