i understand your body is most sensitive to an insulin spike post workout and in the am. I take my creatine post workout but would it be a good idea to take a scoop of creatine in the am as well with my protein shake?
You don't need ot utilize insulin for creatine uptake. Just take it whenever. Or, if you take a preworkout that has it, most of the time there will be enough in there to keep you saturated.
