So starting to hit the gym more these days and wanted to start alittle stack. This is what ive got going for now.

Anabeta and Erase are the original.

Anabeta (As directed)
Erase (As directed)
D-pol (As directed)

Flashover (preworkout)

RecoverPRO (Postworkout)

Serious Mass (After workout and morning.)

With the support supps as well.
Fish oil
Multi
Milk thistle (I know not needed but like to keep everything healthy.)
Niacin
Lutein (Always like to take it, gotta keep the eyes healthy.)

I also got the Flashover and DAA Combo pack online. D-pol already has 3,120mg of DAA. Should I add in more DAA or should D-pol be enough for now.

Workout routine is just basic.

Day 1- Chest/Abs
Day 2- Shoulders/Forearms
Day 3-Back/Abs
Day 4-Legs
Day 5-Arms/Abs/Forearms
Day 6-7 Rest

Along with 4k cal. a day. Alot of greens and chicken.

Anything you guys think I need to tweek or add? Dosing, add, drop, etc.

You don't need more DAA your risking stomach upset . Just save it.

Hope you are eating more than just chicken and greens for those 4k of cals. ;)

Skip the extra DAA as Dpol is plenty. Take 1 serving of Recoverpro pre and 1 seving post. Otherwise looks good.

Spinach and chicken isnt enough?.....haha. ok good to know about the recoverpro. Never tried the Flashover or the Recoverpro. Ive tried shotgun, superpump, jack3d, all that good stuff but i heard good things about it so id give it a try and usually i have xtend for recovery so going a new route this time a round.
