Hi everyone,
Every since I injured my shoulders I've been on a one man research expedition of all supplements joint related. Cissus was my stand bye and has worked miracles in the past, but for the first time it hasn't really had any effect. I'm taking Athlete's Joint Restore and am on my second week with maybe a little relief.

I stumbled onto an ad for Anatabloc, it's main ingredient is an alkaloid called "Anatabine" and it is purportedly good for inflammation, especially arthritis related. I'm usually willing to try anything once but this stuff is expensive and all I can find are annecdotal reviews from civilians(non weight lifters), so if anyone here has any feedback on it I would love to here it.
