    Scorch upto 6 pills a day 2 pills 3 times a day I can manage.

    So Ephedrine (or allied isotope) are the key component, is that the message?

  6. I will say I take in about 100mg of caffeine a day by way of a few zero cokes per day. so I guess I am not exactly no-stim after all lol....

    No. Ephedrine should be coingested with caffeine, or forget about it.

    they are 35mg caffeine per can, so yeah caffeine is caffeine whether ingested by soda or coffee or pill form. doesn't amount to a whole bunch, three cans is ~100mg......but that is not exactly what would be called a negligible amount (one can could be though)....

    The only other alternative to caffeine would maybe be theophylline but then the amount required is unknown so just stick with caffeine
