Is this related to my cycle?

  1. Oral cycles can get expensive.
    2 bottles Epi: $60-$70
    Cycle supports: ~$70
    AI: $30
    Bigger shoes: $100

As you can see here, the shoes are the most costly ancillary on the list.
I went up two shoe sizes on my last cycle, ended up costing me a pretty penny.
My advice is to tape your pinky toe to your next toe in.

I always see cycles laid out where people don't purchase extra shoes ahead of time; it's just stupid. I constantly get PMed by people asking for shoe sources after they've already started their cycles. They just don't do their homework...

MrCooper on here has some great sources for cycle shoes. He hooked me up big time last year.

He's peddling New Balance and Asics. Both of them look retarded in size 14.

Everyone knows Nike is where it's at anyway.

I had a pair of Nike's that I wore for workouts, basketball, etc for 7 years. I finally had to throw them out because they just started to come apart. They were the most comfortable and well made pair of shoes I've ever owned. And they looked great (bright orange) even though they were size 14.

Asics are some sweet kicks. Did these happen to fall off the back of a truck?

  22. Hey guys, this is actually a serious question: Because I am currently fasting for 18 hours of the day, and will do so for the next 23 days (religious reasons), it is hard for me to get the 2500-3000 calories I need in the 6 hour eating window. My stomach screams full after a 1000 calorie meal for hours. It is especially hard because most clean foods are not calorie dense (brown rice, chicken breast etc.) Is it okay for me to resort to some dirty foods to get the needed calories? I am starting week 4 of RPN Havoc cycle 30/40/40/50/50 so far no sides.

  23. No.

Yes. Peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, cheese, a whole wheat bagel are acceptable options if you are doing intermittent fasting (by design or for other reasons.)

a nice wendy's double cheeseburger or spicy chicken sandwich never hurt anyone either (like 50 grams of protein actually along with your calories)....just say no to the lady when she asks you about the combo....the sandwich is bad enough, no need for the soda and fries and frosty
