Ive been taking AI perform. But buying the ingredients are cheaper for me now. I foun a lot of NOW HGW. 750mg Epimedium,10 percent Icarin. Would 3 caps a day b too much?

id start with 2 and go up to 3 if you need it. whats your goal with it pre workout pump, moar bonerz, etc...?
