Free Form D ASPARTIC ACID

Hi

ive bought the above in capsule form , each cap having 10mg of zinc
I was curious to know whether it was the calcium version or the sodium so i rang the manufacturer , only to be told it was the free form version.
I just wonder if this is as effective.?

the dosage is 3 x 1000mg capsules which gives you also 30mg of zinc

I think they just mean its straight DAA but i could be wrong
