    Intimidate in 4 week cycles.

Is taking Intimidate in 4 week on, 4 week off cycles a viable strategy? Has anyone tried this?

I respond very well to Intimidate (love the stuff) and it seems to really kick in between weeks 2 and 5 for me. Weeks 6-8 aren't really that noticeable as I seem to adapt to it. Likewise, weeks 3-6 while off are a bit of a bummer as I feel noticeably weaker.

Im wondering if moving to a 4 on, 4 off schedule is a good idea to smooth out the highs/lows.

    Any thoughts?

I wonder about the same. Had thought of running it 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I cant believe how effective it is, simply amazing (for a guy past 40)...

yup that could work out just fine for you, especially if you notice a drop off in the later weeks. should keep you gaining as much as possible, without wasting money.

seems reasonable especially if your gains seem to level off around weeks 6-8. 4 on and 4 off should be a good way to cycle it

Since it kicks in later for you, have you considered 6 on, 6 off?
